Hold Tight Psycare offers two services: one-to-one psychology counselling, and Secret Santa, an anonymous listening space. Both are provided by an individual practitioner and are intended as supportive, not emergency or diagnostic, services.

What this service is not

• This is not a crisis or emergency helpline, and messages may not be answered immediately.
• This is not a substitute for psychiatric treatment, medication management, or hospital-based care.
• Secret Santa specifically does not involve advice, diagnosis, or therapeutic intervention — it is a listening-only space.

Fair use of this service

• This service is intended for genuine individuals seeking support. Misuse, including impersonation, harassment, abusive messages, or fraudulent contact, is not tolerated and may result in being blocked from future contact.
• Automated messages, bot-generated contact, or scraped use of this site's content is not permitted.
• If you are contacting on behalf of someone else, please make that clear at the outset.

Secret Santa — Terms & Conditions

Secret Santa is offered as an anonymous, listening-only space. By using it, you agree to the following:

• Nature of the service: Secret Santa is a paid, listening-focused conversation. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical advice, or crisis support, and no diagnosis, treatment plan, or professional opinion is given during a session.
• Anonymity works both ways: You are never asked for your name or identifying details, and none are recorded. Please do not attempt to identify, contact, or track the listener outside of the agreed communication channel.
• Booking & payment: A session is confirmed only once payment (where applicable) is received. Fees are shared before a session is booked, so there is no ambiguity once it begins.
• Rescheduling & cancellation: You may reschedule a session by giving reasonable notice, ideally at least a few hours in advance. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule, at the practitioner's discretion.
• Session length & conduct: Sessions run for the duration agreed at the time of booking. The listener may end a session early if it involves abuse, harassment, explicit content, illegal activity, or a genuine emergency requiring redirection to crisis services.
• Not a crisis line: Secret Santa cannot guarantee availability, immediate response, or round-the-clock monitoring. It is not equipped to handle emergencies — see the crisis box above for numbers to call instead.
• Right to decline: The practitioner reserves the right to decline or discontinue a Secret Santa session with any individual, at her discretion, without needing to disclose a reason.
• Refunds: Fees already paid for a completed session are non-refundable. If a session could not take place due to a genuine issue on the practitioner's end, a reschedule or refund will be offered.
• No recording: Sessions are not recorded by the practitioner, and users are asked not to record sessions either, in order to preserve mutual trust and anonymity.
• Agreement to terms: By booking or beginning a Secret Santa session, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms, along with the general terms outlined elsewhere on this page.
